Biography
Eng. Nour Faris research assistant at Department of Building and Real Estate, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He obtained his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from An-Najah University, Palestine. Then, obtained his master's degree of Urban and Regional Development from the University of Seoul, South Korea. His research interests covers infrastructure and smart city development.
